US Trade Rep Kirk on China: Market Access Key
Speaking to the US-China Business Council today, Ambassador Ron Kirk, US Trade Representative, said " The health and growth of our bilateral relationship with China will depend, in part, on this job-creating access to China's markets for U.S. goods, services and investment." Kirk emphasized that the Obama administration will rely on diplomacy and enforcement of China's WTO trade committments.
