China-Korea-Japan Summit Opens


An important first step for a self-directed regional integration of northeast Asia began today in the Fukuoka, Japan, with a summit between China, (South) Korea, and Japan.
Topics on the agenda include stabilizing banks, joint oil and gas exploration, and security issues.
