China Has More Oil Than Mexico, More Gas Than Kazakhstan, Number 3 in Coal, Number 1 in Hydro


British Petroleum is out with its oft-quoted annual Statistical Review of World Energy with unsettling news - the world's proven oil reserves are down. China ranks in the top 20 in all energy categories.
