Beijing Agrees to Hong Kong Stimulus


China's central government will agree to Hong Kong Chief Executive Tsang's requests to ease the financial crisis and stimulate Hong Kong's economy. The Chinese central bank will facilitate currency swaps and existing and new transport infrastructure projects will move forward including the Hong Kong-Macau-Zhuhai bridge, and new railways to further integrate the Pearl River Delta megalopolis.
